How It Started:
Hi, I’m the founder and lead designer behind Cruz Web Design.
My journey in web design began in 2017 with one simple goal: to help others share their stories and passions online in a way that connects and converts. What started as a personal project quickly turned into a professional pursuit.
I launched The Cajun Traveler, a website and content brand dedicated to showcasing the best of Louisiana—its culture, food, history, and outdoor experiences. I designed the site, created video and written content, and managed all digital platforms for over two years. This hands-on experience gave me a deep understanding of what it takes to build and maintain a strong, engaging online presence.
Life threw our family a curveball when our daughter became a patient at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. During that time, I paused my work to focus on what mattered most. But even then, my passion for web design never left.
In 2020, I officially launched Cruz Web Design to help businesses, entrepreneurs, and creatives bring their ideas to life online.
Today, I create and manage websites across a range of industries—from local startups to media and agricultural publications.
